Debra Raye LeGrand, 62, of Woodlawn, Illinois passed away at 4:02 A.M. April 30, 2019 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. She was born December 3, 1956 in Orange County, California to Buddie Tackitt and Lillie (Garrett) Tackitt. She married Harold David LeGrand on June 21, 1975 in Mount Vernon, Illinois. They were blessed with 11 years of marriage until he preceded her in death on December 9, 1986.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Hughey Funeral Home with Mr. Jerry Wilson officiating.  Interment will follow at Saint Mary Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the Donors Choice.
