ILLINOIS (RFD) — You never know when or how inspiration will strike. For 12 year old Lucy Kuelper of Rio in Western Illinois, it was on the way to school and a conversation along with love and concern for her dad, an Illinois State Trooper, that led her to create the Move Over Project that has since gone viral.

Lucy’s “Move Over for My Dad” has led to a Facebook page that now has nearly 20,000 likes and has inspired other states to take up the Move Over cause.
