C. David Stiff, 73, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 10:25 A.M., April 16, 2019 at his residence.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois, with Reverend Victor Long and Reverend Kathy Newnan officiating.  Burial will follow at Kirk Cemetery in Ina, Illinois.

Friends of the C. David Stiff and family may call from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois.  A Masonic Service held by members of the Mount Vernon Masonic Lodge #31 A.F. & A.M. will begin at 7:30 P.M.
