Jessie Louis Clark, 90, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away with her family and friends by her side at 5:30 P.M.January 16, 2019 at her residence. She was born November 10, 1928 in Mount Vernon to the late Vance E. and Lucy R. (Brookman) Skinner. Jessie married Norman Keith Clark on May 17, 1947 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. They were blessed with 57 years of marriage before he preceded her in death on September 15, 2004.

A Visitation will be held Thursday, January 24, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Thomas Skinner officiating.Memorials may be made in Jessie’s honor to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shriner’s Hospitals for Children.
