ZEIGLER — Zeigler Police are looking for the owners of what they are calling some “lost property” that was recently found under some debris in the 200 block of North Pine Street.

According to a post on the Zeigler Police Department Facebook page, police say they occasionally have lost items brought to them, and as community caretakers, they do their best to ensure that property is returned to its rightful owner. Unfortunately, sometimes they just can’t figure out who the owner is.

Police ask that if you are owner of these items or know who the owner may be, please call Central Dispatch at 724-2424 and ask to have one of their courteous and friendly officers meet you at the police department to claim your property there. Police will gladly oblige.
