The beginning of the 2018/2019 school year is just around the corner. Among the back-to-school activities that students must take care of is completing a “back-to-school” physical.
SSM Health in Southern Illinois is offering a $35.00 fee for students who need to complete their “back-to-school” physical as the new school year is just weeks away. SSM Health will not bill insurance plans for back-to-school physicals.
