Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies made two arrests Thursday in a residential burglary and felony theft that was reported Wednesday in rural West Frankfort.

Sheriff Don Jones says 22-year-old Zachary A. Sneed and 59-year-old Linda F. Dobbins, both of Zeigler, are charged with residential theft and burglary.

Jones says the pair had been arrested by Zeigler Police the day of the reported burglary and were already in custody.

The investigation continues. More arrests and charges are possible according to the sheriff.
