IDOT says Illinois 148 between Illinois 13 and Old Illinois 13 will be closed starting Friday, June 22 at 6 p.m. so a drainage structure can be replaced, weather permitting. The road is expected to back open by 6 a.m. on Monday, June 25, weather permitting.

Access to all businesses and homes will remain open, but no through traffic will be allowed. You should seek other routes. Message boards and signs will be in place to alert traffic of the closure.
