It seems someone allegedly made a threat toward Carbondale Community High School on social media Wednesday.

According to a Twitter post by Supt. Steve Murphy, the threat was investigated and turned out not to be credible.

Murphy says school officials worked to get the news out to parents and the community about the rumored threat. No other details are available at this time.
