Wesley E. Dickey, 80, of Scheller, Illinois passed away at 12:05 P.M. September 24, 2017 at his residence in Scheller, Illinois. He was born March 4, 1937 in Chancey, Illinois to Reverend Homer E. & Lillie O. (Jostes) Dickey. He married Patsy Lorene Dickey on April 9, 1957 in Sesser, Illinois and she preceded him in death on January 22, 2017.

Visitation: 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Newell Funeral Home in Waltonville, Illinois.
Funeral Service: 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, 27, 2017 at Maple Hill Cemetery in Sesser, Illinois with Reverend Edward Endsley officiating. Full military honors will be held at the cemetery conducted by members of the Mount Vernon American Legion Post #141.
Interment: Maple Hill Cemetery in Sesser, Illinois.
