CARLYLE — Carlyle police responded this morning to the scene of what was apparently an armed robbery at a gas station on 12th Street.

Reports indicate that around 5:13 a.m. Monday, a man wearing an all brown jogging suit with “Pokemon” on the pants and a long-sleeve hoodie and face mask entered the Mobil station on 12th Street.

The man reportedly grabbed some items off a shelf then went to the counter, where he allegedly displayed a gun and demanded all the cash in the register.
