FRANKLIN COUNTY — A single-vehicle crash on Interstate 57 in Franklin County left a Florida man injured Sunday morning.

Illinois State Police reports indicate that 66-year-old Larry Conner of Haines City, Fla., was traveling southbound near milepost 74 at 11:55 a.m. whenever he lost consciousness. Conner’s GMC Sierra Truck left the roadway to the left and crashed into the raised center median.

Conner was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. Two of Conner’s passengers, 67-year-old Barbara Conner and 38-year-old Jaclyn Flynn, were uninjured.

There are no charges at this time.
