(CARBONDALE, IL) — Carbondale Police are investigating two commercial burglaries that happened Friday on the west side of town. Officers learned that during the overnight hours someone shattered the storefront glass of Custom Cleaners in the 1800 block of West Main Street and Axe Monkey Guitars in the 100 block of North Glenview Drive. In both incidents, cash from inside the businesses was taken. The investigation into these incidents continues. Anyone with information about these incidents should contact Carbondale Police.
