(Belleville, IL)  —  Forecasters are warning folks in the Metro East about dangerously hot weather.  The National Weather Service says all or part of 12 counties from the Metro East, to Vandalia and almost as far north as Springfield are under an Excessive Heat Watch from tomorrow afternoon until Saturday evening.  Forecasters say temperatures will be in the upper 90s, but the humidity will make it feel like 110 degrees or more.
