(Carbondale, IL)  —  A new poll is full of bad news for Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner. But it’s full of worse news for House Speaker Mike Madigan.  The poll from the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute at Southern Illinois University says 58-percent of people in the state don’t like the job the governor is doing.  But the poll says 61-percent of people disapprove of Madigan’s performance.
