David Mowrer, 68, of Woodlawn, Illinois, passed away at 6:05 P.M., Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 P.M. Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois.  Full Military Honors will be conducted at the conclusion of the service.
