(NASHVILLE, IL) — An Irvington woman reached a plea deal Thursday in Washington County Court. 19-year-old Amber Lyday, who was facing charges of aggravated meth manufacturing, illegal possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, reached a plea deal in Washington County Court. She pled guilty to one count of the use of a vehicle, structure or other property for meth production, which is a Class 2 felony. As part of the plea, Lyday receives 48 months of probation, must undergo counseling, pay $500 among other mandatory fees, and testify in the Ryan Jacklin case. Jacklin was in court yesterday on a continuation of a motion to suppress. He was charged with felonies including delivery of between 5 and 15 grams of meth, aggravated meth manufacturing of more than 400 grams of meth, and unlawful possession of a shotgun with a barrel of less than 18 inches in length. His jury trial date is set for 9 a.m. on June 20 at the Washington County Judicial Center.
