(Fairview Heights, IL)  —  The mayor of Fairview Heights says the city plans to build a new recreation center.  On Saturday, Mayor Mark Kupsky unveiled the plans to build the 12-million dollar center.  Kupsky says the project will be paid for using revenue from food and beverage bonds.  The city has not determined a location for the center.
