(Columbia, IL) — The brother of a murdered woman is being sued by the state of Illinois. Mario Decicco is accused of misusing money from a charity in his sister Sheri Coleman’s name. Illinois Attorney General investigators say Decicco collected more than 35-thousand-dollars for a charity to prevent violence, but he’s accused of illegally pocketing more than 33-thousand-dollars in donations. Coleman and her two sons were choked to death in Columbia, Illinois in 2009.
