(Caseyville, IL) — Firefighters in the Metro East say a passerby is a hero. Authorities claim the man rescued two people from a car that went into a Caseyville lake. The accident happened near the corner of I-64 and State Road 157. The victims were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
