Kenneth Dale Good, 88, of Tucson AZ, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 16, 2024.

Kenneth was born to Almon and Dessie (Jones) Good in Wayne County Illinois on July 20, 1935. He grew up and attended schools in Wayne City IL.

Kenneth married Dorothy Marco on October 10, 1972, and she preceded him in death.

Kenneth retired from Caterpillar in Joliet IL where he worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst. He returned to Southern Illinois for several years before transplanting to Arizona.

Kenneth was the 8th child of 10. He enjoyed the large family gatherings and was a favorite Uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Kenneth dearly loved his daughters and made himself a father to his step-children. His last few years have been spent in Arizona under the attentive care of his step-son, Ermie.

Kenneth is survived by daughters, Carol Ann (Mike) Koch of Dix IL and Denise (JD) Solomon of luka IL; step-children Mary (Dave) Ulivi of Coal City IL and Ermie (Donnie) Markowitz of Tucson AZ; 2 sisters, Edna Breeze of Mt Vernon IL and Marilyn Breeze of Bluford IL; 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Almon & Dessie Good, his wife, Dorothy (Marcoe) Good, a daughter Kimberly Brickle of Georgia, 3 brothers Warren, Russell, and Almon Dean Good and 4 sisters Rose Peyton, Mary DeJournett, Minnie Millenbine, and Adda Miller.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the Wayne City Baptist Church, in Wayne City, IL. Visitation from 2:30-3:00pm, Memorial service at 3:00pm. There will be light refreshments and a time to visit after the service.
