(East St. Louis, IL)  —  Authorities are identifying the body found in a car in an East St. Louis lake.  Melanie Renee Tally’s body was found yesterday from a lake near the golf course at Frank Holten State Park.  The 49-year-old postal worker had been missing since late April.  An autopsy is scheduled for today.
